I would highly recommend Dena’s classes to everyone, from beginners to those with more experience of Pilates.  The classes are relaxed and friendly, and Dena adapts the exercises to suit individual needs and abilities.

I used to run regularly, and Dena’s classes helped improve my core strength and flexibility which in turn improved my running.  Since becoming pregnant I have continued to attend the classes, with Dena’s adaptations that are appropriate during the different stages of pregnancy, and am continuing to feel the benefits….. Loiuse B Chippenham
